You cannot get what you want until you describe what it is . What do you see yourself doing if there were no perceived obstacles in your way? Give yourself the freedom to explore your options and the answers you are seeking will appear.
- What is it you want?
- Why do you want it?
- By what date do you want it?
- What actions do you need to take to get there?
- What is your FIRST ACTION?
- Write it down
Now figure out what you can reasonably achieve within the next six months.
Write down that action.
What in yourself or externally, could prevent you from achieving this goal? Think about it and consider ways to confront this challenge/s.
If you’re going to try this do it NOW before you decide to put if off for another day.

Take the time now to visualize that you have achieved that goal and write down the answers to the following questions:
- How do you feel about yourself and your world now?
- How do other people respond to you?
- What is your day like?
